BASIC COMMUNITY RULES​

• Use a real name for your character—no unrealistic or fake-looking names.
• Always follow Twitch's Terms of Service (TOS). You can find them here.
• Don’t be toxic—no bullying, hate, or drama on any platform (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, etc.).
• Do not speak about real-life people who have passed away in-character or out-of-character.
• We take harassment, threats, and hateful behavior seriously. This includes:
  • Harassing others (especially in a sexual or aggressive way)
  • Name-calling, shaming, or personal attacks
  • Intimidating others from playing
• “It’s just my character” is NOT an excuse to break rules.
• Leaking personal info, doxing, or making threats is a fast track to a ban.

Golden Rule #1: Just be respectful. Think before you act. If your actions hurt someone else’s fun, you may get banned.
Golden Rule #2: Any OOC drama will result in a permanent ban from the community and server.

ROLEPLAY INTERACTIONS​

• NO sexual, torture, or graphic roleplay, even if both players agree.
• Rape or any non-consensual touching is strictly banned, even if roleplayed.
• If someone breaks a rule, keep the RP going, then file a report in-game or on the forums.
• Stream sniping (using someone’s livestream to find/interact with them) is not allowed.
• Stay in character unless a staff member tells you otherwise.
• Don’t try to cancel scenes or interactions on your own.
• Reports must be respectful and filed within 48 hours.
• Don’t argue or troll in reports or on forums.

IN-GAME RULES​

0. Admin Control​

Admins can take action on anything that hurts the roleplay experience, even if it’s not a written rule.

1. Basic Courtesy​

• Don’t leave the game to avoid roleplay (combat logging).
• Don’t ignore injuries or issues in RP.
• Hate speech, slurs, and personal insults are never okay.
• Follow staff instructions—don’t argue with them.
• Don’t mess with in-game money/property prices unrealistically.
• If you’re in a crash or serious injury, RP it until the server restarts.
• Always report bugs. Don’t use them to your advantage.
• You won’t be refunded weapons if jailed for rule-breaking.

2. Metagaming​

• Don’t use outside info (Twitch, Discord, Text Messages, etc.) to act in-game for roleplay.
• Example: Watching a stream to find someone, or texting someone about in-game stuff.

3. Powergaming​

• Don’t force actions on others without a chance to respond.
• Don’t act like a superhero or do impossible things to win a scene min roleplay.
• Example: Talking while downed, speeding around nonstop, or stomping people unfairly.

4. Deathmatching (DM)​

• You can’t just kill or attack people without a strong RP reason.
• Revenge killing is not allowed after you’ve died.
• VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) = hitting/killing people with your car for no reason.

5. Robbery & Scamming​

• Robbing/scamming must be done in-character with a reason.
• Don’t force people to give you stuff that isn’t physically present.
• You can’t rob people in safe zones or while they’re doing a job.
• No looting dead players IF you or your group were NOT apart of the original scene.

6. New Life Rule (NLR)​

• If you respawn, your character forgets everything that happened.
• Don’t return to the spot where you died for 15 minutes.
• No revenge characters after a character dies permanently (CK’d).

7. Physics/Movement Abuse​

• No jumping to move faster (bunny hopping).
• No spam punching or rolling in fights.
• No abuse of job/emotes to escape.

8. No Cheating or Mods​

• No using mods, trainers, or cheats that give you an advantage.
• Visual-only mods (that don’t change gameplay) are okay.
• No Crosshairs are allowed during roleplay within the server.

10. Valuing Life (NVL)​

• Act like you care about your character’s life.
• If someone has a gun on you, follow their commands unless you clearly have the upper hand.

11. Criminal Activity​

• Max 4 people per crime scene.
• Civilians can’t attack randomly—must have buildup & cooldown.
• Registered guns are for defense only.

12. Multiple Characters in One Group​

• Don’t use more than one character in the same gang or story.
• After a character is CK’d, your new one must start from the bottom and not be related to the old one.

13. Corruption (Police/EMS)​

• No giving away weapons, abusing your job, or setting up others.
• You can’t work both EMS and PD, or be in a gang and PD/EMS at once.

14. Refund Policy​

• No refunds on donations or purchases.

15. Real-World Trading​

• No trading in-game items for real money or anything outside the game.

16. Vehicle Prices​

• When selling cars, you can only add a realistic amount to the original price.

Example: A car that cost $200,000 can’t be sold for more than $225,000.

17. Obscene RP​

• Obscene roleplay (sex, torture, gore) must be consensual and private.
• If someone is uncomfortable, they can stop the scene at any time.
• Rape, underage, or forced scenes are never allowed under any condition.

(NOTE: Rules are subject to change any given day to enhance roleplay within the server.)

Tiers for Consequences (Rule Breaking Penalties)​

TIER	NAME	WHAT IT MEANS
Tier One	“Slap on the Wrist”	A verbal warning or admin jail. You messed up, but it's a minor issue. Don’t repeat it.
Tier Two	“Cooling Off Period”	Temporary ban (1 to 3 days). You need a break to rethink your actions.
Tier Three	“Community Lockout”	Longer ban (up to 2–3 weeks). You disrupted RP seriously. This is your wake-up call.
Tier Four	“Exiled from ATB”	Permanent ban. You've crossed a major line. Appeals are possible, but rare.
